The video for Coldplay's 2nd deluxe-edition track, All Your Friends, was released today "In memory of all those from all nations who fought in the First World War". This comes just a week after the release of the video for their 1st deluxe-edition track, Ghost Story.

Coldplay Nominated for a People's Choice Award

Coldplay has been nominated as Favorite Group in this year's People's Choice Award. Other nominees include Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5, One Direction and OneRepublic.

Coldplay tour 2015

Rumours have been swirling about an upcoming Coldplay tour for 2015. It seems Live Nation has been assessing possible dates and venues. Unfortunately rumours also state that it will be their biggest and costliest tour yet, making ticket prices ridiculously expensive (I thought they would've had enough with that Mylo Xyloto tour).

Prepare to fork out a couple of thousand dollars to see the band from a mile away.

Coldplay at Ace Hotel Theater - Sept. 17, 2014

Coldplay played a wonderful set last night at the Ace Hotel Theater in Los Angeles. Overshadowed by the fact that Jennifer Lawrence was in the audience and Chris was "serenading her". I love them both, but this is very creepy, I don't think it will ever seem normal.
The setlist included gems such as God Put a Smile Upon Your Face, Clocks, Oceans, and jokes such as Charlie Brown and Every Teardrop is a Waterfall.

Coldplay nominated for an EMA

In case anyone still cares about award shows, Coldplay has been nominated for an MTV Europe Music Award for "Best Rock", which I can only assume means Best Rock Band. Other nominees include Arctic Monkeys, Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park and The Black Keys. Wait, Linkin Park is still around?

Coldplay to Headline T In The Park!

Joined by the Foo Fighters and Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay take a headlining slot at this years T In The Park.
Scotland's music festival will feature a great line-up of returning bands such as My Chemical Romance, Friendly Fires, Jimmy Eat World and of course.. those headlining.
The event will take place from July 8th to July 10th at Balado, Perthshire. T In The Park is another great adition to Coldplay's scheduled festivals this year, which also include Glastonbury on June.
